I don't know how anyone can get excited about a boxing match between WBA Heavyweight Champion David 'Hayemaker' Haye and Audley 'A Force' Harrison. The contest has been mooted for 13th November with Harrison who will be 40 when/if the fight happens making the most noise.
Call me cynical but with Father Time catching up with him and with a less than stellar ring career that has not lived up to the hype and early promise Harrison knows he is in the proverbial 'Last Chance Saloon.'

| Hurricane Season |
When I was a boy one sporting moment really stands out for me: When Alex 'Hurricane' Higgins won a second World Snooker title. The way he played the game with such speed and confidence, his swagger, his volcanic temperament and his charisma had me and most of the nation hooked in a sport that is usually the antidote to insomnia.
The emotion Higgins showed at winning the title as he clutched his wife and child to him was moving and memorable. It is an enduring image of a real 'sports personality.'
